Pacific Heights Residence 2
This historically styled residence in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood underwent a meticulous remodel for a young venture capitalist executive. The existing 3,900 square foot home boasts panoramic views of the bay and Golden Gate Bridge.
In accordance with the client’s specifications, meticulously crafted details were incorporated to evoke the timeless elegance of Monticello, Thomas Jefferson’s renowned American residence.
A substantial basement level was proposed to accommodate a new wine cellar, laundry room, exercise room featuring a sauna, mechanical and storage facilities.
The project was successfully completed by Ryann Marlowe, a partner at DomA Architects, Inc.
