Located across from San Francisco’s Historic Presidio Wall

This 5,500 square foot home, originally constructed in 1911 and remodeled in 1970, underwent a comprehensive renovation to integrate a new 2,700 square foot addition. The renovation seamlessly blended the original design with the historical context of the home’s location.

The existing side entryway was removed, and a formal front entry at street level was incorporated into the redesigned home and addition.

The multi-level interior was redesigned, featuring a paneled entry foyer and a decorative formal staircase.

The Pent Room was completely reconfigured with larger openings to enhance the natural beauty of the Presidio and provide a panoramic view of the Golden Gate Bridge.

The renovation was completed by Ryann Marlowe, a partner at DomA Architects, Inc.
